Torchlight’s Team of Staff and Board Directors create “a place of belonging and family.” Our caring, knowledgeable and qualified staff truly go above and beyond, working with participants and care givers to create engaging programs and activities. Our supportive Board of Directors have a diverse set of skills and “hands on” approach that has been invaluable as we navigate these challenging times.

Who are we and where did we come from? Torchlight Services began as Torchlight Industries in 1974.  We provided an answer to the special challenges adults with disabilities faced in finding and retaining gainful employment.
